Lead a team of developers in designing and developing BPM applications using Pega. Integrate web services and design scalable data models and frameworks. Ensure end-to-end test delivery and uphold product quality standards. Drive cost-efficiency and effort optimisation across delivery streams. CSSA Certified with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Pega design and development. Proven experience in leading teams of 5-10 members. Skilled in working with business leaders and product managers to define requirements. Strong technical leadership across the development lifecycle, with a focus on best practices. Experienced in Agile methodologies and team management. High level of expert knowledge and independent judgement required. Demonstrated ability in environment management and process enhancement.
