Pellegrino 2000, a restaurant by chefs Dan Pepperell and Mikey Clift, and sommelier Andy Tyson, is located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Managers to join the leadership team.
Opened in late 2022, Pellegrino is inspired by the neighbourhood trattorias of Rome and Florence — Italian classics are executed with deep respect for tradition and technique, while new energy and creativity are woven throughout the menu, wine list and service style.
