Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Location: Cape Coral, FL Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience Patient Load: 1–2 patients per hour Position Summary This full-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist role is based in an outpatient setting in Cape Coral. The position is ideal for a PT who enjoys one-on-one patient care, clear treatment planning, and helping patients address concerns that can deeply affect their daily routines. You will work with patients experiencing pelvic pain, core weakness, postpartum changes, urinary or bowel symptoms, post-surgical needs, and related musculoskeletal conditions. The schedule is steady, the patient flow is manageable, and the role allows you to focus on quality care without rushing through visits. Responsibilities Perform evaluations for pelvic health and related orthopedic conditions Identify mobility, strength, coordination, and functional limitations Build individualized treatment plans that match each patient’s needs Provide pelvic floor therapy, strengthening, mobility work, manual techniques, and patient education Teach home exercises and self-management strategies patients can use between visits Track outcomes and update plans as patients improve Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner Communicate clearly with patients and care team members Active Florida Physical Therapist License required DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience required Pelvic floor or pelvic health experience preferred New graduates are welcome Strong communication and patient education skills Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match 3 weeks Paid Time Off Full-time weekday schedule Bring your clinical skills to a pelvic health role where patients have time to be heard and treatment can be done with intention.
