JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in various settings, including acute care, pelvic floor, and pediatrics. The Physiotherapist will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance the quality of life for patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid physiotherapy license
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in improving patient health outcomes.

  Pay: $88,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
  Expected hours: 16 – 28 per week

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, exercises, and preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the hospital setting to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices and participate in continuous professional development.
