West End Women’s Health is an integrative, multidisciplinary clinic with locations in Bloor West Village and Etobicoke. Our mission is to support women through every stage of life with holistic, personalized care. We bring together Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, and Psychotherapists to collaborate on client-centred wellness plans.
We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist with a passion for women’s health to join our Etobicoke location.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner who wants to grow or establish their pelvic health practice in a collaborative, wellness-focused setting. This role is commission-based with flexible scheduling and strong potential for internal referrals from our existing patient base.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Completion of recognized pelvic floor physiotherapy training
  • Valid professional liability insurance
  • Previous experience in pelvic health is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in or experience with pre- and postnatal care is an asset
  • Passion for working in women’s health and integrative care settings

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive pelvic floor assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pelvic health concerns (e.g., incontinence, prolapse, pain, pre/postnatal rehabilitation)
  • Educate and empower patients on pelvic floor health and recovery strategies
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes holistically
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and patient care
