Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (PT/PTA) – $85K–$115K + Mentorship & Growth
Location: Houston, TX – In-person
Pay: $85K–$115K/year (base + commission + bonuses)
Schedule: 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, optional bonus weekends
Caseload: 28–32 patients/week, 1:1 care, 60-min sessions

About Us
The Pelvic Place Physical Therapy is a cash-based, boutique clinic specializing in inclusive pelvic health care for women, men, postpartum, and transgender populations. We provide private, 1:1 sessions in a supportive, emotionally safe environment where quality of care comes first.
We are growing and looking for a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is eager to learn, deliver exceptional care, and thrive in a feedback-driven, mentorship-focused clinic.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pelvic health evaluations & treatments (60 min)
• Collaborate with the team on care plans & patient goals
• Participate in mentorship & ongoing training
• Support clinic growth with quality care & patient education

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or PTA in Texas (required)
• Interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation (new grads welcome via mentorship track)
• Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
• Comfortable working with sensitive populations
• Preferred but not required: APTA or Herman & Wallace Pelvic Health coursework

Compensation

EXPERIENCED CLINICIANS (PT $100–105K | PTA $75–80K):

• Base: 28 visits/week
• Commission: 29–32 visits/week → PT $110–115K | PTA $82–87K
• Bonus shifts: $250 (4 patients) | $500 (6 patients)
