You will be working at the company’s offices in Bucharest, Romania. What You’ll Do As a Penetration Tester, your main responsibility will be to conduct simulated attacks on client systems and networks to uncover vulnerabilities before malicious actors can exploit them. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to recommend actionable improvements and strengthen overall security posture. Key Duties/Responsibilities: Perform penetration testing on networks, applications, and systems. Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis. Simulate social engineering attacks where appropriate. Provide detailed technical reports on findings, including mitigation recommendations. Collaborate with clients and internal security teams to remediate vulnerabilities. Stay current with emerging threats, exploits, and testing methodologies. Support compliance assessments and security audits where required. Requirements: The successful candidate must meet the following conditions: 2–4 years of experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking. Strong knowledge of OWASP, NIST, and common security frameworks. Hands-on experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Kali Linux, etc. Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or GPEN are highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Remuneration Package: Competitive salary depending on experience.
