Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on diverse systems and applications to identify security weaknesses.
• Develop and execute detailed penetration testing methodologies, including reconnaissance, exploitation, and post-exploitation phases to simulate real-world attacks.
• Create detailed reports outlining findings, technical details, and the potential impact of identified vulnerabilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analyze and interpret security test results, providing actionable recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation to stakeholders.
• Automate security testing processes using scripting languages and security tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Stay current with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors by actively researching and analyzing emerging trends.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to improve security posture and ensure security best practices are implemented.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Holds relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, showcasing practical application of security skills.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and web application security.
• Displays a strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Experience in cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable, reflecting the evolving threat landscape.
