Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Ensure that the day to day requirements of our members are met to industry leading standards in terms of customer service, quality of information provided and adherence to the service level agreement and disclosure requirements

KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Experience in a pensions administration service department, and in use of pensions administration systems desirable.
  • Preferably CPC qualified or working towards qualification
  • 5 GCSE passed at grade C or equivalent (including Maths and English)•Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good user capability of all MS Office applications, e.g., Powerpoint, Excel, Word.•Quick learner with appreciation of systems and processes.
  • Flexibility/adaptability.
  • Ability to problem solve and provide feedback to senior
  • Demonstrate customer led thinking
