What the day will look like Administration of Pension Schemes for various Irish clients. Involved in process improvement, transition and stabilization projects. Co-operation with Team in Ireland and IT Support Team Provide day-to-day administration and support on all work activities and processes related to servicing clients’ requests according to agreed procedures Quality control, risks and escalations, dealing with audit results Propose and initiate improvement changes and solutions Train new hires and supporting less experienced employees Work allocation and work progress control Provide strong support in team management to and cooperation with Team Manager How this opportunity is different At Aon, this role goes beyond standard administration—you’ll be a key player in shaping processes, driving improvements, and supporting international clients alongside experienced teams in Ireland.
