We are currently seeking experienced Pension Administrators to join our rapidly expanding team based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrate previous experience as a pension administrator.

• Excel in prioritization and perform well under pressure.
• Actively contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Possess solid ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure accurate and timely provision of data to pension funds, while cultivating effective working relationships to deliver excellent customer service.
• Serve as a Fund process knowledge expert for allocated funds, providing essential administration support to EPM Payroll Teams.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally and accurately, adhering to EPM’s Service Level Agreement.
• Take ownership of monthly and annual pension reporting for allocated LGPS funds, ensuring data accuracy through meticulous analysis.
• Assume responsibility for monthly reporting of Teachers Pensions service data, scrutinizing and resolving queries resulting from submissions.
