Prezentare generală:
GBS-Buck Romania is looking for a Pensions Administrator to join our growing team.

Cum vei avea un impact:

  • Carry out pension administration tasks and calculations accurately, and in accordance with internal processes and company policies, adhering to procedures and standards regarding work and conduct
  • Manage and review electronic post, through company specific internal software
  • Draft correspondence and reports
  • Assisting the UK based administration teams/consultant/client manager/ compliance and quality assurance teams with any documentation they require with carrying out their responsibilities
  • Ensure client work is processed in timely manner and within target dates
  • Create/update process documentation related to assigned tasks/projects
  • Calculate transfer and retirement scenarios and prepare event statements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Database administration
  • Prioritize work to ensure service level agreements are maintained
  • Assisting team members as required and provide support to Team Leader
  • Carry out other duties and take on additional responsibilities as may be agreed from time to time

Despre tine:

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Outlook, Excel: ️︇︀︁︍︎︌︀︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot table, data formatting, “If”, “Index match”, etc)
  • Desire to learn and to gain knowledge on employee pensions scheme, based on the UK legislation
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Logical approach to problem solving
  • Our future colleague must be able to communicate effectively, interact with a wide range of people, both internally and externally, work successfully in a team.
  • Excellent time management, ability to prioritize workload and deadlines
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
