About the role This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the future of pensions risk transfer within a dynamic and growing team. As Pensions Director, Data & Benefits, you’ll lead strategic projects that deliver innovative solutions for high-profile clients, including multinational corporates and trustees. You’ll work alongside specialists in actuarial, investment, governance, and legal disciplines, gaining exposure to a wide range of risk transfer strategies, from traditional buy-ins and buy-outs to capital-backed journey plans.
