Are you passionate about finance and looking to be part of a dynamic team?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to support the Imperial Tobacco Pension Fund.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the financial processes for our pension fund, working closely with a skilled team to ensure smooth operations and timely financial reporting.
Work set-up: Hybrid in Bristol
Part-Time: 21 Weekly hours

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Financial Processing: Process bank payments, prepare balance sheets, and assist with month-end and quarter-end closures.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Manage bank account balances, reconcile investment manager valuations, and support financial reporting for audit purposes.
  • Pension Contributions: Monitor employee pension contributions and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • General Administration: Provide support to Payroll and Benefits teams, as well as assist with general office administration tasks.
