Pensions &Investment Technology - Summer Internship 2026 LCP is an award-winning actuarial and analytics consultancy providing advice on pensions, energy, insurance, investments, employee benefits and health. The Opportunity: The P&I Technology team develop and maintain a range of models that underpins the work of LCP’s Pensions and Investment departments. Our aim is to take complex real-world problems and help to solve them using technology, for example, monitoring asset portfolios, projecting future benefit payments and asset-liability-modelling for pension schemes. The Role: As a Summer Intern you will be involved with: Learning to code through our intern training program (no prior coding experience necessary) Identifying and fixing bugs Working with testers in our team, to ensure software meets the business needs Coding up new functionality in a range of our models Building up domain knowledge of pensions / investment issues to be able to code solutions to problems in these areas What We’re Looking For: A Level Maths A Grade Studying for a Degree in a STEM subject and on track to achieve a 2:1 Technology skills – coding aptitude and comfortable using Microsoft Office Problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills Excellent communication skills Why should you choose LCP?
