This is a people-focused consulting role, and we are looking for graduates who are seeking to build knowledge in technical areas, who are driven in managing diverse and complex projects and who are excellent in building long lasting relationships with clients. Who We Are &What We Do: Our people have a wide range of backgrounds, meaning you’ll have a great opportunity to learn from different people We provide a wide range of consultancy services to pension schemes of all shapes and sizes, and advise both trustees and the employers that sponsor these pension schemes We build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their pension schemes operate at peak performance and members pensions are secure Your Role: As an analyst you will be client-facing from day one, learning all about how pension schemes operate whilst developing key consultancy skills and you can expect: To be involved in a broad mixture of client and non-client work To join a number of client teams of varying sizes, each made up of people ranging from analyst to partner level To be encouraged to develop skills, knowledge and understanding in all aspects of the pensions and benefits field To participate in a training programme covering technical, IT and soft skills To be drafting reports for trustees and employers To prepare project plans and keeping key stakeholders updated and accountable Professional Development: No two days are the same in this role, which provides continuous opportunities for learning and growth. We encourage continuous learning through professional qualifications and personal development training. Graduate Training Programme: We provide a curated training plan spanning broad professional and technical topics across your first three years at LCP – all geared towards helping you hit the ground running as a successful and independent consultant Mastering Presentation: Our graduate initiatives, such as "LCP Xtra”, are designed to refine your presentation skills and develop your confidence when speaking with clients Mentoring &On-the-Job Training: Beyond formal training, build experience across a diverse range of client projects, backed by our robust mentoring system. You will be client-facing from day one Impactful Connections: You will work with industry leaders, innovators, and fellow professionals, broadening your horizons and opportunities What We’re Looking For: Degree educated (minimum 2:1) or currently studying for a degree and on track to achieve a 2:1, in any subject.
