Location: Flexible across UK offices (Birmingham, Bristol, Epsom, Farnborough, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, St. Albans)

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Designing and delivering large-scale programmes aligned to client strategy.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, administrators, advisors, third party providers and internal teams.
  • Developing programme plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
  • Facilitating steering groups and programme-level meetings.
  • Handling risks, interdependencies, and resource needs across projects.
  • Providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure alignment with evolving client goals.
  • Supporting clients in interpreting and implementing pension reform and policy changes.
  • Coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-conscious delivery.
