SUMMARY OF OPENINGS

Penta Group is seeking entry-level associates, analysts, and brand strategists to join our dynamic team. Associates, analysts, and brand strategists at Penta participate in a structured leadership program focused on training, mentorship, and learning. This four year program combines formal training sessions for soft and hard skills with on-the-job learning through work with internal and client-facing teams. These roles also offer cross staffing opportunities for those interested in developing deeper expertise in one or more of the firm’s other divisions. Over the course of their time at Penta, associates, analysts, and brand strategists will have the opportunity to work across all of Penta’s offerings: public affairs campaigns, custom research, media relations, sentiment analysis, stakeholder mapping, and media monitoring. Successful candidates for the four-year program at Penta have some previous experience in the work they’re looking to do and are generally curious, proactive, high-achieving and possess a learning-focused mindset.
