Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PentaSAP and Material Control Manager to lead material planning and control activities within our Facilities team. This role serves as the primary liaison for PentaSAP-related data and reporting, ensuring smooth procurement and inventory operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in supervision of purchase service/bargaining unit employees
Strong working knowledge of PentaSAP and material control processes
Experience in vendor communication, procurement, and inventory management
Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational and reporting skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
Facilities Work Management System (WMS)
CATS (Corporate Automated Timekeeping System) experience
PentaSAP experience

Responsibilities

Act as the Level ZERO PentaSAP contact for the Facilities team, providing accurate data and insights from the system.
Collaborate with vendors to track purchase order and invoice status.
Maintain and update workflow processes for requisitions and invoices, especially during departmental changes.
Generate and distribute reports as requested by management.
Partner with Engineering to support capital project requisitions.
Expedite materials by communicating with vendors regarding open orders for stock and job-related needs.
Supervise a Material Planner, providing guidance on material sourcing, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Oversee Hourly Bargaining Unit team members, including scheduling, training coordination, and performance support.
Manage tool stores inventory, including stock requisitions, cycle counts, and excess/obsolete material processing.
