Job Description As a PEO Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations team. At QIMA, our Operations team is responsible for delivering industry-leading inspection services while ensuring all activities are performed according to QIMA standards. Your responsibilities will include: Check emails daily to receive inspection schedules, documents, and guidelines; Attend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers and factory representatives; Verify finished goods quantity, packaging condition, carton integrity, assortment, labeling, and shipping marks according to client requirements and QIMA procedures; Conduct final shipment verification to ensure products are packed and prepared for export as instructed; Prepare and submit inspection reports accurately and within the required timelines. Qualifications Think you have what it takes? First of all, we want someone with: Location: Thanh Hoa; Available for factory inspection at least 2-3 days per week; Experience in packing inspection, shipment verification, or related manufacturing/warehouse operations (1 years or more preferred); Familiarity with packaging requirements, shipping marks, carton labeling, and export shipment processes; Basic knowledge of AQL standards and inspection procedures; Good command of English (spoken and written); Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethics.
