Candidates with Economics or Law degree At least 3 years experience in HR administrative roles Good knowledge of HR management systems Good knowledge of labor legislation (ability to read the CCNL) and of the flows related to the management of the employment relationship Fluency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel What will you be doing? You will guarantee an accurate updating of employees' database, supporting the employment cycle management and assuring information to the employees. Internship formalities management are included You will maintain the organizational roles in the HR System, assuring permanent check of consistency and suggesting improvement from a technical point of view You will connect with Subsidiaries and IT external partners, acting as referent for HR IS You will guarantee an accurate filing and reporting, as required What are the most important soft skills for the role? Responsibilities

The specialist will ensure the employee database is accurately updated, supporting the entire employment cycle and providing necessary information to employees, including managing internship formalities. They will also maintain organizational roles within the HR System, check for consistency, suggest technical improvements, and act as the HR IS contact point for subsidiaries and IT partners.
