JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and administrative experience, with a solid understanding of human resources processes and systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various departments, and maintaining efficient administrative practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven administrative experience in a similar role, ideally within a human resources setting.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in social media management is desirable for promoting company culture and job openings.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
