People Advisor RBNZ are looking for an experienced People Advisor to join the People Partnering team. Senior Advisory role with a key role in supporting our growth. Wellington or Auckland based role with flexible working options 5 weeks annual leave and 15 wellness day Te tūranga – The role Reporting to the Manager People Partnering and working closely with the People Partners, you will join a team focused on enhancing the workplace experience at Te Pūtea Matua. By fostering collaboration, leadership development, and employee engagement, we aim to build a high-performance culture and provide opportunities for our team to focus on skill building and professional growth. You will be an Advisor who can quickly establish credibility and trust in your assigned portfolios drawing on your knowledge of HR and employment legislation to help our people leaders grow and retain their people, develop their teams and make sound people related decisions. You will harness your ability to think holistically across a broad range of issues and apply sound judgement when providing guidance and expert advice. You will also support the successful implementation of initiatives that are vital to us achieving our vision of being a Great Team, Best Central Bank. You will join a collaborative People & Culture team helping to ensure that our strategies and initiatives for diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing and Te Ao Māori are seamlessly integrated into your advice and approach. Ō pūkenga – About you To be successful in this role you will have: Relevant tertiary qualification 4+ years HR Advisory experience and a strong understanding of New Zealand employment law. Demonstrated experience working through employment relations matters, including supporting performance management processes. Proven experience in providing proactive and robust HR advice and support to people leaders across a wide range of people matters. The ability to partner effectively and build relationships with stakeholders to create positive and engaging experiences. Capable of managing multiple priorities across diverse stakeholders.
