Description
Role Objectives: The People Advisor is responsible for the daily delivery of People operations and acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers within the assigned population. This role ensures seamless execution of People processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement — all in alignment with Breadfast’s business objectives and People policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. People Operations & Data Management ∙ Manage day-to-day People operations, including attendance, leave tracking, and overtime in alignment with manpower planning. ∙ Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data in People systems (e.g., HRIS, Odoo) and maintain updated employee records. ∙ Provide inputs for payroll, validate data, and resolve discrepancies related to attendance or timekeeping. ∙ Support People reporting and analytics by providing relevant workforce data (headcount, absenteeism, turnover). 2. Recruitment & Onboarding ∙ Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for end-to-end hiring logistics (scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and preparing offer documentation). ∙ Manage onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring proper documentation, orientation, and integration. ∙ Conduct first-day orientations and provide probation support to ensure retention and a smooth transition. 3. Employee Relations (ER) ∙ Act as the first line of support for employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution in line with company policies. ∙ Track employee contracts, follow up on renewals, and maintain compliance with employment terms. ∙ Support investigations and disciplinary procedures by collecting data and escalating as required. 4. Engagement & Culture ∙ Support the implementation of employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellbeing initiatives. ∙ Collect employee feedback and share insights to help improve morale and engagement levels. 5. Performance and Development ∙ Support the execution of probation reviews, mid-year and annual performance evaluations. ∙ Coordinate training logistics based on identified learning needs and ensure completion of mandatory programs. 6. Compliance & Policy Implementation ∙ Ensure adherence to labor law and internal HR policies across the assigned population. ∙ Maintain awareness of policy updates and communicate changes to managers and employees. Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field. ● 1 to 3 years of HR experience (exposure to HR operations, employee relations and recruitment). ● Familiarity with labor law and HR policies. ● Excellent communication and organizational skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
