Want to be part of something big? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Advisor to support and enhance the people experience across our Birmingham Cluster region.
Building on the great work already in place, this role will focus on employee relations, team engagement, and supporting operational teams across a diverse portfolio of world-class brands, including Cadbury World, SEA LIFE Birmingham, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham, and Warwick Castle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working closely with operational teams, understands the importance of team engagement, and loves to see people thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Working within the Gateway UK People team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Birmingham teams are well-supported, motivated, and empowered to deliver exceptional experiences.
Starting in April 2025 on an initial 6 fixed-term contract, you’ll report to the People Partner and act as a trusted advisor to the Birmingham Cluster management team.
