The role of the People Advisor is to support all teams across the business by providing initial assistance and guidance on various queries. This role typically can involve more complex or sensitive issues such as but not exhaustive, Pay, RTW, access to systems and operational knowledge of the business and processes using the latest HR technology. The role will be pivotal in enhancing the self-service element empowering and educating our teams to find solutions through the various tools and resources available. Job Description **Please note whilst the current working pattern is Monday to Friday, applicants should be aware that weekend working may be introduced in the future, with appropriate notice provided ** Your role as People Advisor Shows empathy and understands the customers’ needs, holds them in the heart of everything they do Holds strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, able to analyse and find effective solutions Focuses on improvement, looks for opportunities without introducing risk.
