Role Overview As a People Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear and timely support on People & Culture processes and inquiries. You’ll manage cases efficiently, collaborate with P&C teams to resolve issues, and help create a smooth, positive employee experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities · Acting as first point of contact for employees; · Assists managers and employees with basic questions or concerns on People & Culture · processes and policies, escalating more complex matters where needed; · Provides accurate responses to queries first time; · Effectively manages queries through the case management system; · Collaborates closely with Service team members, P&C Consultants, and People Business Partners, and ensures cases related to data management are directed to the appropriate P&C contact; · Timely escalates queries to the correct point of contact responder; · Benefits administration ; · Time and Attendance administration ; Required Qualifications Education & Experience · Knowledge in Spanish labor law and HR processes, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise. Knowledge in additional EU Location labor code will be an advantage · Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in day-to-day tasks to support compliance with internal and external requirements. · Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver clear and consistent results. · Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English · Proactive attitude, showing initiative in suggesting ideas or approaches to solve problems, while seeking support when appropriate. · Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. · Fluency in English required. · Knowledge of Workday is a preferred qualification.
