People Advisor at MS3, you’ll be the trusted voice and go to person for all things employee relations. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Coaching & Development

  • Empower and equip our people leaders with the skills and confidence to lead their people to deliver brilliant results through training, guidance, and proactive support.

Driving Positive Change

  • Lead people-focused initiatives to support our colleagues and leaders to continue to evolve our thriving, inclusive workplace that priorities well-being and growth.

Building Strong Teams

  • Partner with managers to manage employee relations matters—absence, performance, grievances, and more—helping to resolve challenges timely, building resilient, high-performing teams.

Ensuring Fairness & Compliance

  • Handle ER cases with sensitivity, ensuring every situation is dealt with fairly and in line with best practice and MS3 values.

Fostering Engagement

  • Partner on projects that enhance equity, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation.

Data-Driven Decisions

  • Analyse performance and absence data to identify trends, improve processes, and support continuous improvement.
