The acquisition has secured our role as a critical supplier to the next generation of UK defence programmes. As part of this programme of work our plant and equipment will be modernised over the next 10 years, creating new opportunities for the business and our colleagues.
Based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for a People Advisor for an 18 month fixed term contract. This role will involve providing operational HR support to line managers and HR Business Partners.

• Be the first point of HR contact for the business.
• Support with employee relations issues, including investigation notes and disciplinary follow-ups.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports on key metrics, e.g. turnover, absence, performance, etc.
• Support with recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Advise managers on performance reviews, development plans, and training needs.
• Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance.
