Sherwood Forest Hospitals is embarking on a transformative journey to implement an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, transforming how we deliver care and advancing our vision of becoming a digital hospital. A smooth transition is key to this ambitious programme, and it starts with placing the right people in pivotal roles.
Are you passionate about people and excited by the opportunity to be involved in one of the biggest transformations projects the Trust has ever undertaken? We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, curious, and eager to make a difference as part of our EPR Team.
As the EPR People Advisor, you’ll play a key role in driving engagement and promoting a positive culture during this exciting transformation. Working closely with our Head of People, you’ll support workforce changes, lead on engagement initiatives, and help create new pathways for career development. This is your chance to influence organisational development while collaborating with our People, Communications, and EPR Project teams to ensure everything we do aligns with our strategic goals.
We’re not looking for someone who knows it all – we’ll support your growth and development. What matters most is your energy, willingness to learn, and commitment for supporting our people through change.
If you’re ready to embrace a new challenge and join us as we reshape the way the Trust operates, then we’d love to hear from you.

Happy colleagues deliver better care. Our teams work in a supportive, inclusive environment, which nurtures wellbeing and has opportunities for development and progression. We do not just care for our patients; we also care for you.
Our culture of learning, compassion and taking a person-centred approach are at the roots of our organisation. We would love you to join us.
