About the Role Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities, advising managers/employees on complex HR operational services/policies, and supporting HRBPs on business initiatives. People Advisory Ensure all HR service deliveries and support processes are on track, delivering consistent & quality experience to users in an effective manner. Be an advisor to employees on their inquiries and support them in understanding the HR policies and guidelines Ensure employee inquiries logged through Workday case management are promptly addressed. Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding and off-boarding activities. Ensure data accuracy, process compliance and efficient support across the employee lifecycle Enhance content management portal, improve knowledge articles. Partner/support HRIS on Workday enhancements. Identify process and operation improvement opportunities. Support/participate in the implementation and improvement of HR processes, systems, tools as well as activities and projects that are in alignment with HR/business initiatives. Work closely with HR Business Partner and provide support in the delivery of HR services, advisory, initiatives and projects as assigned. Minimum Job Requirement Degree with minimum 3-5 years of working experience as HR Generalist Strong knowledge in MOM Workpass process and local legislations (e.g. Employment Act) Advance proficiency in Workday and MS Office. Meticulous with strong analytical & critical thinking skills, ability to produce high quality, accurate information. Self-starter with the ability to research and propose solutions. Team player who can function effectively and independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Ability to operate with integrity when handling highly confidential information Keen interest to learn and apply robotics in work processes.
