Job Description Manage a team based in Barcelona but also coordinate each legal PoC in each country where we are running our business (i.e. 22 countries) Be part of the Legal leadership team Evaluate the People/Labour risks associated with the business and ensure appropriate procedures to mitigate them are implemented balancing business needs. Assist the People department in adapting the business/Strategy needs to local regulations. Take a strategic and medium/long term view of risk and compliance with Labour and People regulations creating awareness on the best practices among Glovo employee Qualifications 8+ years of working experience as in-house legal counsel or in a reputed law firm. Qualified Law Bachelor Degree in Spain, with a Master in Labour Law preferable. Excellent English & Spanish speaking A 360º proven expertise / knowledge of labour law and People matters related. Expertise in analysis and implementation of strategy balancing business needs. Leadership and excellent people management skills. Proven ability to work and lead cross-functional teams in multinational context. Proven experience working with the senior management. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, high impactful scope, results oriented, fast execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Hardworking, problem solver, organized, energetic, proactive. Tech or industry experience as a plus.
