Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People Support Analyst, you’ll work alongside others in supporting our various People Systems & processes, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing our Oracle HCM Cloud platform. You’ll work closely with colleagues across People Experience, IT, and business contacts to ensure our systems are robust, compliant, and delivering a great colleague experience.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Providing functional support and configuration across Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Payroll, Absence, and Core HR.
  • Supporting quarterly patching cycles, including feature analysis, testing, and environment preparation.
  • Designing and maintaining Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and eligibility rules.
  • Supporting workflow and approval rules to align with business processes and compliance needs.
  • Owning and resolving BAU system support tickets via ServiceNow, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Supporting integrations, reporting, and data reliability through SQL and HCM Extracts.
  • Enhancing user experience through configuration of Journeys, Guided Learning, and Oracle Digital Assistant.
  • Championing best-practice governance and identifying opportunities to streamline or retire legacy configurations.
