Job Description
Nine Entertainment’s People Transformation team is at the forefront of building a strategic, scalable, and efficient People & Culture (P&C) function. We’re on a mission to digitise and streamline HR processes, implement a best-in-class HR technology ecosystem, and establish robust governance for our P&C programs. Taking a product management approach, we ensure our technology and process improvements align seamlessly with enterprise needs and user expectations.
As the Lead across People Analytics & Workforce Insights and Reporting, you’ll be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making across Nine. You’ll develop and execute our people analytics strategy, transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic choices, measure the impact of P&C initiatives, and track progress against our key organisational priorities.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to ensure we’re leveraging our HR technology, especially Workday, to its full potential, providing the insights needed to drive our “Nine2028” program and beyond.
