  • SQL experience
  • Experience with data visualisation tools

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We believe all decisions should be based on data, and People decisions are no exception. This is an opportunity that will have invaluable impact across the organisation and a chance to drive maturity across our People Analytics function. In particular:

  • Build on and execute against our roadmap for the People Analytics function within Deliveroo
  • Liaise with business intelligence and data engineering to expand our dashboarding capabilities
  • Build and maintain tools that drive data-led People decisions
  • Conduct robust analyses to establish data-led decision making
  • Be a strategic partner to our People Leadership team
