Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People Analytics and/or HR Controlling.
  • Completed degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in dashboard creation and data-visualisation with Tableau, experience with SAP SuccessFactors beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in both German and English.
  • Affinity for numbers, systems, and processes, coupled with excellent analytical skills.
  • Highly perceptive and able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share findings and recommendations
Responsibilities

With our growing focus on data-driven HR strategies, we are seeking a forward-thinking People Analytics Manager (m/f/d) to join our HR team. You will play a key role in expanding our HR analytics landscape, developing meaningful metrics, and providing insights that drive business success and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the identification and development of new (HR) KPIs.
  • Using Tableau to create dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
  • Evaluating and analyzing historical and predictive HR-related metrics and data, and deriving actionable measures.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses and assisting in regular reporting and analysis.
  • Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within the HR data landscape and recommending improvements to processes and reporting methodologies.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues in HR, Controlling, IT, and Payroll to ensure integrated and effective data solutions.
