We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking professional to further develop and expand our HR Data Analytics. While there are already established KPIs and foundational elements in place, this role offers significant potential to shape and enhance the way we leverage data for HR insights. YOUR SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of experience in People Analytics and/or HR Controlling.
  • Completed degree in a relevant field, such as economics or business analytics.
  • Proficiency in German and an excellent command of English.
  • Strong affinity for numbers, systems, and processes, coupled with excellent analytical skills.
  • Highly perceptive and able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ideally, initial experience with Tableau and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share findings and recommendations.
Responsibilities
  • KPI Development: Supporting the identification and development of new (HR) KPIs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Tableau to create dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
  • Metric Evaluation: Evaluating and analyzing historical and predictive HR-related metrics and data, and deriving actionable measures.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conducting ad-hoc evaluations and assisting in regular reporting and analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within the HR data landscape and recommending improvements to processes and reporting methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Close collaboration with colleagues in HR, Controlling, IT, and Payroll to ensure integrated and effective data solutions.
