ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:-
DESIRABLE SKILLS YOU COULD BRING:-
We are looking for someone who is passionate about transforming the business by using evidence-based recommendations and is comfortable working with large datasets.
The role would suit a curious person who loves asking questions and is happy to spend time working out answers using data. However, this is also a highly technical role and would suit someone who enjoys learning and utilising systems and tools.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is technical, loves numbers and logic but can also be creative with data and visuals but is enthusiastic about helping our stakeholders achieve the best business outcomes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity to join the People function as a People Analytics Specialist. You will become part of the wider People Analytics team which has recently started working in the predictive and prescriptive People Analytics space. You will get involved with some large scale project and proposition work related to our People Data systems and Reward, other People teams and the wider business. There are currently a lot of opportunities within this function, including optimising ways of working, including data engineering, forecasting, modelling, connecting Partner data to external data sources, creating strategic dashboards while also establishing key people metrics, people KPIs and defining ways of looking at people data at Partnership level.
Expected salary - up to £65,000
Contract type - We have a Fixed Term Contract/ Secondment opportunity available until end of January 2026, with a possibility of extension
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you’ll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for up to 1 day a month in the office to connect.
Location - This role can be based either in our Bracknell or London Head Office campus in Pimlico.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The role will focus on looking after Workday reports, introducing building data models, self-service reporting, analysing, benchmarking, forecasting and presenting people metrics and statistical analysis visually via Workday, Tableau, Python and other tools.
You will spend a lot of time building reports and dashboards, communicating with stakeholders with the aim to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful analysis and visuals, in order to drive decision making and action to optimise achievement of strategic outcomes.
The role will have a lot of opportunity to work cross functionally and will be working closely with our stakeholders across the People function and the wider Partnership as part of the People Analytics team.
The role will have an opportunity to establish how analysis of Partner data is conducted in the business, to understand what is needed for the People Function as well as other Functions (and any strategic interventions) to support delivery of the Partnership Plan objectives and large confidential Transformation projects.
