Position Available: People and Capability Administrator
Location: Brisbane

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A relevant HR diploma and experience working in a blue-collar and operational environment.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation when dealing with stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience within a People & Culture environment in an administrative or support role ideally in a transport and logistics environment.
  • Committed team player with an enthusiastic and dynamic approach, demonstrating professionalism and a high level of flexibility.
