As we continue to grow, we are looking for a People and Culture Administrator to provide administrative and interviewing support.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for connecting with people. This role involves sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, the role includes administrative tasks related to driver compliance and records management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience or education in Human Resources
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of interviewing techniques
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset
· Experience in the transportation industry is an asset

Responsibilities

· Post job advertisements across various platforms
· Coordinate interview schedules
· Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
· Maintain accurate records of interviews
· Enter fines and DOT inspections into the system
· Download and manage logs for drivers to ensure compliance with regulations
· Complete new hire setup in HRIS system
