Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a People and Culture Administrator to join our growing team based in Kearys Hyundai, Kinsale Road.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for the HR mailbox, responding to employee queries and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through our Applicant Tracking System, supporting both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (Rubikon), ensuring training records are accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee and coordinate all mandatory training, including First Aid, Manual Handling, and other compliance-related courses.
  • Maintain accurate employee time-tracking records on a daily basis to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Administer and update our HR system (BambooHR), ensuring all records are current and accurate.
  • Maintain personnel files in line with GDPR requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of BambooHR to ensure compliance with documentation and data integrity standards.
  • Monitor, record, and manage absence and sickness processes in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide general HR administrative support and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
