As an established People & Culture (P&C) Advisor, you will already have a successful track record in rolling up your sleeves and delivering P&C services within a fast-paced environment. You will also have a depth of experience managing a diverse range of generalist P&C initiatives. Reporting to and working closely with the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of this fast-growing Renewable company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support, guide, and coach managers on all people related matters, providing guidance on P&C policy and procedures and ensuring these are kept up to date with the relevant employment legislation
  • Support line managers to ensure that Elgin’s talented colleagues are identified, nurtured, and developed
  • Coach line managers on using effective succession planning tools
  • Engage with managers on our company engagement survey results to ensure that two-way conversation is encouraged, listened to and action plans implemented
  • Manage the holistic life cycle of colleagues to identify opportunities to enhance the experience globally and simplify the processes while promoting our culture
  • Managing the new starter, changes and leaver administration processes, ensuring the processes are running seamlessly
  • Research, design, implement and evaluate new P&C processes to meet business needs
  • Supporting the P&C calendar of events to meet business needs
  • Leading all projects within Reward and L+D to design relevant initiatives to meet business needs
  • Ensuring the reward strategy is relevant for the business on a global scale
  • Support in the implementation and delivery of P&C Projects and initiatives across Elgin
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure a proactive, smart and professional approach to sourcing, and selecting candidates
