This newly created People & Culture Advisor role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a broad, people-focused position and truly make it their own.
Working within a beautiful independent school environment, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end HR function while having the opportunity to introduce new systems, processes and initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and build a positive workplace culture.
This is a role for someone who genuinely loves people - someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with staff and being visible and approachable across the school community. You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, introduce ideas and help shape the way People and Culture operates into the future.
