ACH Group is seeking a values-driven People and Culture Business Partner to join our People and Culture team.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this role will provide practical HR advice, guidance and coaching to leaders across the organisation. You will support effective people practices, contribute to positive employee experiences and continue to build capability across generalist HR, employee relations, performance support and workforce matters.

About the role

Working closely with leaders and colleagues across People and Culture, you will support the consistent application of ACH Group policies, procedures and people practices. This includes providing advice on performance matters, supporting documentation and case preparation, contributing to workforce reporting and analytics, and assisting with onboarding, transitions, offboarding, wellbeing and leadership capability initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience supporting employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, either as an HR practitioner or in a leadership role.
  • Some HR experience, with an interest in further developing employee relations, industrial relations and performance support capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credible relationships and provide practical, considered advice to leaders.
  • Strong communication, judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through matters in line with policy, procedure and guidance.
  • A high level of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A customer-focused and values-led approach, with a commitment to respectful, inclusive and supportive workplaces.
  • A current driver licence and a satisfactory National Police Certificate.
