Responsibilities

As part of the National AEA People & Culture team, you will work in a small but dynamic team providing support, guidance, and HR business partnership to our leaders.
This is a front facing role where you will partner with and provide support to, hospital leadership teams. You will work closely with your hospitals to understand their business challenges and priorities.
You will be solution focused, assisting the hospital leadership team with implementing national P&C processes and initiatives.
This role supports our emergency and GP practices across Australia and some travel will be required from time to time.
AEA offers a hybrid, flexible working environment, with the support office home base located in Springwood, Brisbane.
