As the People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and talent engagement. Your primary focus will be on executing positive culture initiatives across the organization, enabling leaders to build, lead, and develop a diverse, high-performing team. You will be responsible for various P&C/HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and the daily administration of benefits and other employee relations programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
In this individual contributor role, reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will develop and implement P&C/HR strategies aligned with our business objectives. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of P&C/HR functions, from job advertising and candidate recruitment to performance management and employee development. Your role will also involve reporting on core analytics to track recruitment goals, employee satisfaction, and retention, while leading organizational design and change management initiatives to maintain a motivated and engaged team. Additionally, you will guide and support managers and employees on various P&C/HR-related matters, manage employee relations issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective P&C/HR policies and procedures.
