Job Description Our People & Culture (P&C) team within our Personal Injury Division (PID) are seeking an experienced P&C Business Partner to join our national team. This role has the flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. As one of our P&C Business Partners, you will be responsible for the provision of operational P&C advice and support, and contribute to the delivery of initiatives, projects and programs which support the attainment of divisional brand strategic objectives. Day to day, you will: Manage, coordinate and support the delivery of P&C projects, programs and people initiatives which support retention and engagement of our people and enhance the EVP Provide coaching, support and advice to people leaders in relation to managing the performance of their team members. Undertake investigation and case management activities as required and in line with policies, processes and best practice Ensure that grievances, complaints and ER & IR matters are handled promptly and sensitively and provide timely and appropriate advice and support to people leaders. Manage, deliver and monitor the Managing for Excellence performance management program including coordination of the annual performance review processes Support the WH&S team with Health and Safety for the team members including any WorkCover claims, workplace incidents and injuries and supporting the leaders with their RTW processes for injured team members. Respond to queries in relation to P&C policies, procedures and programs. Facilitate training and provide coaching to ensure ongoing development in people practices Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will bring: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline desirable Extensive HR Generalist and business partnering experience Working knowledge of the National Employment Standards, Fair Work Act and Modern Awards Demonstrated experience in the management of a broad range of ER & IR matters Pragmatic with a solution focused outlook Displays sound judgement, initiative and professionalism Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in coaching and developing others Ability to adapt to changing environments Additional Information What we offer: Hybrid and flexible work arrangements.
