ShipMonk is currently seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to partner with our Operations Team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and leans into the challenges of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture where people thrive. You’ll be partnering daily with senior corporate leaders to drive people programs that align with our business goals. You will be a trusted advisor, providing guidance on areas including talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.

Responsibilities
  • Deeply understand business priorities and challenges in order to identify and create an aligned people plan
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members
  • Drive initiatives to support a high-performance and high-engagement culture
  • Lead efforts to optimize team structures, processes, and capabilities in support of business goals
  • Partner with leaders on change management as the organization continues to grow, ensuring that we stay connected with core values and culture
  • Leverage people analytics to guide smart and informed decision making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to enable the success of your business units
  • Take ownership over employee relations actions
