You’ll partner with leaders to deliver on the full spectrum of HR practices, from talent management, remuneration and employee engagement to organisational design and change management. Key responsibilities: day to day contact for manager enquiries including HR general advice and coaching partnering with managers to champion best practice people cycle activities provide guidance and support on employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievances assist with organisational design and change management reporting and associated administrative tasks This is your chance to influence strategy and support leaders in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Some travel will be required.
