INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY About the Role Reporting to the Chief Leadership Officer, you’ll partner with senior leaders in the Building Services, Growth, Hush and Digital business unit to deliver people strategies that lift performance and engagement. This is a hands-on business partnering role with genuine scope to influence and shape the strategic direction of an ambitious business. You’ll work closely with an experienced and highly regarded senior leader who is known for growing strong people practitioners through clear expectations, coaching and support. Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies that support business goals Coach and advise on workforce planning, organisational capability, talent, and performance Contribute to employee engagement and culture improvements across the group Lead or support change and integration activities as the organisation evolves Provide pragmatic employment relations support and advice Contribute to the development and embedding of P&C frameworks, systems, and processes Mentor and support a small team to strengthen operational foundations Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for a credible and confident P&C professional who enjoys variety, autonomy and influence. You’ll bring: Extensive experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or P&C Manager Strong coaching skills and the ability to hold your own in senior conversations Proven experience in complex organisations, ideally in construction, infrastructure or related sectors Breadth across strategic and operational P&C delivery, including employment relations A pragmatic, commercial approach combined with strong emotional intelligence Comfort working in evolving environments, shaping structure while delivering outcomes Relevant tertiary qualification (HR or Business preferred) Why This Role This is a genuinely exciting time to join Switched On Group.
